Flexeye’s System Support Services are on permanent standby to advise and guide clients through unfamiliar system processes and correct technical issues should they occur.

Flexeye recognizes that support requirements depend on many factors, including the criticality and dynamism of an OI system. Our support services, like our OI systems themselves, are tailored to meet a client’s requirements as precisely – and at maximum cost effectiveness – as possible.

Support services are available round the clock during deployment of your application and remain so thereafter.

The Flexeye support service is built on the following core components, offered as a Tier 1,2 or 3 service.

Client System Support:

  • Application Monitoring – Passive and active monitoring of the application to detect potential and actual issues before they affect operations
  • Diagnosis – immediate location of the source and cause of a potential or actual issue
  • Correction – Systematically resolve the issue and report the resolution to the client

Flexeye Service Platform Support:

  • Secure System Hosting – cloud-hosted system on an ISO27001 secure server farm
  • Engine Monitoring – monitoring of the Flexeye Engine to detect potential and actual issues
  • Engine Upgrade – systematically evaluate and apply relevant patches to the client’s system
  • System Configuration Changes – Periodic configuration changes are made to OI systems using the Flexeye Console, even while the application is live
  • Enhancements can be made at any time, eliminating the need to undertake major software improvement projects and ensuring the application evolves with the user’s organization.
