Once ready for production, Flexeye’s OI systems can be deployed onto any operating system, using any database, either into the client’s data centre or the Flexeye ISO27001 certified data centre.

For clients who wish to deploy the application into their own data centre, Flexeye’s security-cleared expert technicians, located around the world, will work on site or remotely. They can integrate an OI system directly into a client’s infrastructure and directory services. The Flexeye team will then train the client’s own support team how to deploy and administer the system. (While deploying into a client’s environment can throw up compatibility issues – as might be expected – Flexeye’s technicians have a vast wealth of experience in resolving such problems.)

If the client chooses to deploy on the Flexeye high security data centre, the deployment process is completely managed by the Flexeye infrastructure team. Once up and running the OI system is monitored 24/7. It will be placed on a fully redundant, high availability platform.

Whichever data centre hosts the system, Flexeye will run a development and test system on a mirror of the client’s production environment. This allows Flexeye to test upgrades before release and perform offline diagnosis as necessary.
