SGS integrates remediation directly into the security process. Once a risk or failure has been identified this will be instantly flagged to the individual or individuals responsible for the failed control. SGS will then track the issue through to satisfactory resolution.

Complete transparency into the remediation process is provided to appropriate stakeholders, e.g. the CISO may wish to see real time updates on the progress being made to solve a major security threat while only seeing lesser audit point failures when they drill deeper into the view of the organisations security posture.

As the remediation process is part of the overall security process implemented by SGS, it is fully logged and an audit trail is always kept for future reference. This can be used to prove the responsiveness of the process and to spot inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
