The Flexeye Console

Within the Console, a tailored organisation-centric model is created which includes information about relationships between an organisation's people, functions, processes, standards and assets. Vendor-agnostic 'collectors' are then set up to extract data from appropriate IT risk and compliance systems on a scheduled basis. Pre-defined collectors exist for many popular systems and a generic collection capability can be utilised for bespoke or obscure systems.

Collected data is mapped onto the organisation model and additional intelligence can be derived using a rich expression language. Users can visualise and navigate the data using a standard browser client via dynamically generated, personalised views or custom PDF reports that include rich charting and geographical plotting capabilities.

All tailored aspects of the application are stored as a layer of meta-data around the Engine. The Engine interprets this meta-data, automatically managing key functions including: the underlying data model and interactions, data inter-dependencies, data transformation, memory management, data security, data encryption, data integrity, data paging, system scalability, parallel processing, session management, redundancy and availability of the system.

Interface creation doesn't end at single page views. The complete interface from blue sky roll ups to atomic level details can be designed, configured and visualized entirely within the Console. A board builder need never delve into program code to implement an interface which consistently exceeds expectations. Each board can even have multiple independent user experiences, allowing for user role based access control to the data.
